Recommended use: Adults take 2 capsules a day with a meal and some water. Do not exceed the specified recommended daily intake.

Recommended usage instructions provided by specialists

To maintain normal Omega-3 levels:
Take courses 3–4 times a year. Each course consists of taking 2 capsules per day for 30 days.

During periods of increased stress and physical activity:
Take 2 capsules a day with meals on a regular basis.
